We would love to be your chosen long term training partner, to help you attain new skills and knowledge throughout your career.

To continue in business as a personal trainer you need to earn 20 professional Continued Education Credit points (CECs) every 2 years so that you can re-register with Fitness Australia. We have many CEC courses on offer and have developed our PD4PTs membership program to save you money, including free workshops and some great networking opportunities. Our workshops focus on the practical and business-related aspects of your PT business to help you stay ahead of the game.

How Much Do You Really Know About Training Pregnant Clients?

Women are wanting to exercise during pregnancy and even more are looking to return to training as soon as possible after giving birth. This is fantastic, however there are many considerations that personal trainers must be aware of in order to keep mums and babies safe during this special time. Exercising for Two is designed specifically for fitness instructors who lead pregnant/post-partum women through exercise sessions, allowing you to confidently include pregnant women and new mums into your group classes and/or personal training sessions. Importantly, the information provided has real world application and will debunk many of the myths that you may have heard about exercise and pregnancy.
